the room size was very generous, and the bathroom had a good shower and bathtub. the qr code made requesting items like toiletries and room service quite convenient. the breakfast buffet had many options, and the coffee machine offered various drinks. the 1.2m deep pool had toys and floaties provided for older children.
the room service felt a bit limited, especially since getting food after 10pm was not possible, disappointing after a long day.

the swimming pool is conveniently located and well maintained, it includes twenty loungers and a shaded area for relaxation; it is perfect for families. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes for guests to use, for their exercise routines.

The location is quite convenient. It is close to shopping areas.
I found some aspects disappointing. there was a lack of bellboys upon arrival, so i had to handle my luggage myself. the room service was limited. I could not get food or cutlery after 10 p.m.

The staff provided good amenities. The location allows for walking to shopping centres and restaurants.
Upon arrival, I noticed a lack of bellboys. I had to manage all luggage to the room alone. The hotel entrance steps had accumulated dirt . I do not plan to return.

The check-in process was efficient. My room included a large lounging seat and a desk (it was perfect for working). The air conditioning operated quietly, ensuring a quiet setting. Fresh bottled water was supplied daily, a nice touch.
The room was serviced rather late each day. This often coincided with my return from outings, delaying shower and rest time.

The venue has a conveniently located halal buffet. The buffet selection included many choices; it was hard to try everything (but I did my best!).
